Return policies vary from company to company in the trading field, and among the most important principles is that they are (intangible) services with conditions for return based on the return period and return conditions and procedures required.
Our Services:
1- Financial Consultations
The Avex-Trade platform provides customer consultation services on how to manage money and achieve financial goals.
2- Financial Analysis
At Avex-Trade platform, we provide financial analysis and research to assist clients in making investment decisions.
3- Account Management Assistance
We offer training services by a trading coach on the Avex-Trade platform to teach traders how to manage their accounts.
Cases in which the client is entitled or not entitled to activate the return policy:
1- The customer is not entitled to request a refund after 14 business days, as it is considered a withdrawal, not a return.
(Upon receipt and acceptance of the cancellation request by Avex-Trade , we will refund the request price within 7 business days.)
2- Account activation is canceled at the client’s request, with a 35% deduction clause.
(Please note that the refund will be deducted from the electronic payment transaction fees from the order value + bank transfer costs.)
3- The condition for activating the account and starting transactions is the completion of all the client’s documentary requirements.
4- Policy for amending or suspending approved terms and agreements:
At Avex-Trade , terms and conditions may be amended at any time, and customers will be notified when these terms are changed.
If the client requests the closure of the account from Avex-Trade , all transactions will be closed the next day.
After the agreement is closed at Avex-Trade , no new transactions can be made.
